2. Planned Overhauls

AP Engineering Services depute Experienced Service Engineer for the overhauling of steam turbine. We prefer to send Ex service engineers of Triveni Turbines , Belliss India, Maxwatt, Man Turbo, Kessels Engineering, Chola Turbo, Kris Chakra, DLF-Skoda, BHEL, Siemens, KKK, ABB etc based on turbine to be overhauled. Some of our associated engineers have good exposure in overhauling and trouble shooting of various make. Our Overhauling starts with proper planning of required tool and tackles, tentative spares, Consumables, man power, work shop facilities etc. so that overhauling can be completed in planned time. With opening of each component existing condition of components, Clearances, gaps and sizes measured and recorder so that reports should be available for any decisions. We also do the overhauling on turnkey basis, in which we provide tools and tackles, consumables, man power etc.

3. Trouble shooting

We make available engineers on call for Trouble shooting or emergency response on 24x7. Our associated engineers are located at various locations so whenever any call comes for trouble shooting, we try to arrange engineers from nearest location of site. Our experienced engineer starts guiding to operators at site, so that machine services can be resumed by proper checking and removing the fault over phone. 4. Erection and commissioning
