1. Rotor Machining and grinding

With the time rotor shaft, pump shaft, alternator shaft require grinding of journals, under sizing of journal size, Labyrinth portion machining, etc work. We do the machining work at our precise lathes, with experienced operator, after adjusting rotor center so that it should be concentric at all the portion. We do minimum under sizing, by removing all pitting marks and finalize size so that your rotor life should be more.

2. Dynamic Balancing

All your rotor balancing needs can be met quickly and safely by AP Engineering Services. Balancing range from 50 to 2000 kg using the latest technology and are balanced to relevant ISO/API standards. On completion, you receive a comprehensive balancing report that documents compliance with these international standards. Our balancing machines are fitted with the latest measuring systems. Plus, our balancing machines are fitted with a vibration monitoring system to identify the vibration base line prior to installation of the rotor showing mechanical and electrical run out.
